Project Responsibilities:
This project was produced by members of a multi-disciplinary design team, with the collaboration of an engaged client group and a diverse group of research subjects.

The American Red Cross faced several known industry challenges: how to expand the Red Cross brand; how to determine the future of the blood donation collection site; and how to grow the precious donor base. The American Red Cross and IDEO engaged to explore the blood donation experience and institute an innovation process that would allow for understanding, ideation, iteration and the implementation of new-to-this-industry experiences creating a methodology to face existing challenges.
